在定向井和水平井施工中,造斜段的轨道控制和钻柱设计是至关重要的。文中用考虑了钻柱与井壁之间有间隙的三个广义位移的曲梁模型和两个广义位移的直梁模型求解了包括弯曲段、悬空段和斜直接触段三个部分钻柱的变形问题,并通过算例和任平2井实测的井斜和井径数据分析,验证了这种算法的合理性和正确性,从而为合理的井眼轨道设计和钻柱设计提供了依据。
Design of track control of inclination interval and drill stem is most important in drilling operations of directional and horizontal wells. This paper found a solution of deformations of all the three segments of drill stem-the bent, the suspended and the connecting one between the bent and straight sections taking considerations of the bent beam model of the three generalized displacements and the two generalized displacements under condition of existence of gap between drill stem and borehole wall. By means of example calculations and the concrete analysis on borehole gauge and inclination data obtained in RP- 2 wel1, the paper examined the reasonableness and correctness of the calculation method and created a basis for correct design of borehole track and drill stem composition.
