摘要
主要依据APIRP11L的思路,结合油田矿场实际,建立一套能够预测几十年油井生产工况,做出全面的三抽设备优选和规划,有效地降低一次投资和运行费用。为现场技术人员提供一套既能手算,又能用计算机计算的优化规划方法。使抽油参数设计建立在长期规划的基础上,在技术上合理,经济上合算。同时,初步解决了加重杆设计问题,确保中和点在加重杆上,有效地减少中和点附近抽油杆断裂问题。
Abstract
Based on the basic method of API RP 11L, a method for design and plan of pumping well, which can predict the future working conditions of oil well, make optimum selection and overall plan of pumping units, and reduce effectively the primary investment and operating cost, is presented in this paper. The designs and plans by this method are reasonable in technique and economics. In addition, a design method of weighting rod, which can ensure neutral point is in weighting rod, and reduce the rod parting nearby neutral point, are preliminarily solved.
