摘要

通过对环形钢板、简易套管头和正规套管头三种井口装置在使用过程中弊病的分析,华北油田研制成ST锁紧式套管头。该套管头由底法兰体、悬挂头总成和防护盖罩三部分组成,结构简单、操作方便、价格适中。经现场400多口井应用,认为该套管头能满足钻井、完井过程各种工艺的要求,提高井口安装的标准化程度,缩短建井周期,减轻工人劳动强度,提高工作效率,有较好的社会效益和经济效益。文中重点介绍了套管头的结构、工作原理、安装操作及推广应用情况。

Abstract

After an analysis of the disadvantages of the three types of casing heads-the annular plate, the simple and the normal casing heads, the ST lock tightened casing head was innovated by Huabei Oilfield. It is composed of a base flange, an assembly of suspension head and a prevention cap. It is simple structurally, easily manipulated and with reasonable price. Its applications in more than 400 wells demonstrated that it can match the requirements of drilling and completion operations, enhance standardization level on well head assembling, shorten well drilling period, reduce labor intensity, elevate operation efficiency and provide better social-economical benefits. Its structure, working mechanism, assembling procedure and rig-site applications were described.
