低密度高炉矿渣水泥浆体系的研究应用

长庆油田以高炉矿渣代替水化材料,再加激活剂和少量水泥、膨润土和漂珠,配制成1.48~1.63g/cm3的低密度矿渣水泥浆,经室内试验,流动度大于20cm,45℃、25MPa条件下的稠化时间大于180min,45℃、24h的抗压强度达到5.4~10.8MPa,与高密度的纯水泥浆配伍性好,能满足现场施工要求。经4口井试验,油层以上用低密度矿渣水泥浆封固,油层仍用纯水泥封固,施工顺利,固井质量优良,成本比用低密度粉煤灰水泥浆固井还要低。文中还探讨了高炉矿渣和激活剂的物理性质、化学性质和水化机理。
A furnace slag cement slurry with density of 1.48~1.63 g/cm3 composed of slag instead of hydrated materials, slag activators and a few amount of conventional cement, bentonite and. floating beads was innovated in Changqing Oilfield. The slurry has following properties-fluidity 20 cm, thickening time (at 45℃, 25 MPa) 180 min, resistance to pressure (at 45℃) equal to 5.4~10.8 MPa. It has very good compatibllity with pure cement slurry and meets the requirements of rig-site operations. The four well practices demonstrated that the cementing with this low density slag cement slurry against the formations above the pay zones and that with pure cement slurry against the pay zones guaranteed a smoothened cementing engineering with super quality and less cost than low density burned coal residual powder cement slurry. The physical-chemical specifications of the furnace slag and its activators and its working mechanism were also discussed.
