摘要

河南油田为解决调整井固井质量问题,与总公司工程技术研究院共同研制出J-2B防窜降失水剂,经现场7口井试验,施工顺利,固井质量合格率100%,优质率42.9%,取得了良好的经济效益。实践证明:J-2B防窜降失水剂一方面降低了水泥浆的失水,满足了对水泥浆低失水的要求;另一方面使水泥浆具有防窜性,减轻了地层流体对水泥环的侵蚀。

Abstract

J-2B channeling-preventing filtration control agent was innovated by the joint efforts of Henan Oilfield and Engineering Technology Research Institute of CNPC. The rig-site applications of 7 wells shown that up to standard cementing quality rate was 100%, super cementing quality rate was 42.9%. A good beneficence was achieved. It can reduce cement slurry filtration, provide a channeling-preventing effect and mitigate corrosion of formation fluids on cement ring.
