葵花岛海上油田油层保护工作液的研制与应用

葵花岛海上油田属高孔中高渗和中孔中低渗储集层,所含泥质中蒙脱石和伊蒙混层相对含量较高,易产生地层伤害。为保护油层,辽河油田研制成油层保护工作液。通过调节工作液中无机盐和添加剂的组成比例,不仅能调节工作液密度、粘度、失水量,而且还能抑制粘土矿物水化膨胀和分散运移,使工作液具有完井洗井液、射孔液和封闭液各自的功能,实现了一液多用的目的,降低了成本,而且也符合国家关于废液排放的标准。经30口井试验,收到较好的效果。
Kuihua Island offshore reservoirs are composed of strata with high porosity and medium to high permeability or medium porosity and low to medium permeability of which shales are rich montmorillonite and mixture of montmorillonite and illite and they are easily to be damaged. In order to prevent formation damage occurred in engineering operations, damage avoiding operational fluids were innovated. These operational fluids can adjusted into completion fluid, perforating fluid and packer fluid with required properties like density, viscosity and filtration and all of them are with clay and shale inhibitive character.They do not have environmental problem and can be drained on the surface and are less costly. Practlces of 30 wells showed a satisfied results.
