渤海石油公司QK18-1项目组实行项目经理负责制,树立新的观念和思想,采用了当今世界上先进的10项钻井配套技术:整体组装式井口头、全井段PDC钻头、PDC钻头可钻式浮箍浮鞋、不候凝固井、大功率导向马达、无油无污染环保钻井液、不占用钻机时间水泥胶结测井、MWD测量技术、顶部驱动钻井和新型高效线性震动筛等。所钻3口井平均井深3561m,平均机械钻速29.46m/h,平均建井周期18.83d,最快的一口井只有13.31d,创造了多项最好记录。

The QK18-1 project team of Bohai Oil Co.,undertaking the project manager system,has adopted lo complete sets of the most advanced drilling techniques in the wold.Those are the integrated well head,PDC bits for total depth,drillable floating collar and shoe to PDC bits,cementing without WOC,down hole steerable motor,drilling fluids for environment protection,rig free cementing logging,MWD logging,topdrive drilling,and new and high-efficient linear shaker.Three wells were drilled with average depth of 3,561m each,penetration rate of 29.46m/h and construction period of 18.83 days,where the shortest peried is only 13.31 days with couple of best records.
