摘要
DL-1型堵漏试验装置,用对岩心施加围压、驱压和回压来模拟井壁所受的挤压和静压差的作用,并经流动相似分析,使流动的钻井液对岩心端面和对井壁的剪切应力相同,使实验条件与井下环境极为相似。实验装置可作静态、动态堵漏实验,可测试内滤饼反向承压能力和反驱流量等实验,在长庆油田堵漏项目的研究中取得了较好的实验研究效果,并在现场堵漏中得到了验证,在生产中见到了实效。
Abstract
The device simulates extrusion and static pressure difference of the well wall by applying confined pressure,driving pressure and back pressure to the core.Test conditions are similar to the bottomhole conditions.The device could be used in static and dynamic tests,in testing the internal mud cake reversed bearing capacity and reversed driving flow.Test taken in Changqing Oilfield was successful and was verified in field operation.
