钾钙基沥青树脂两性离子聚合物重钻井液的研究与应用

试验中,筛选出两性离子型抑制性降粘聚合物XY27做为核心聚合物,并加入弱分散剂、封堵剂、防卡剂、加重剂等成分,配制成钾钙基沥青树脂两性离子聚合物重钻井液,应用于4500~5500m直井和定向井中。应用中表现出了较好的流变性、抑制性、防粘卡效果、高温稳定性和较强的剪切稀释性、滤失造壁性、防塌能力和抗可溶性盐类污染能力。钻井液密度高达1.96g/cm3,机械钻速提高18%。
Through tests,this drilling fluid is compounded of amphoteric ion XY27 as the center polymer,dispersant,plugging agent,sticking prevention agent,weighting agent,etc,and used in vertical and directional well of 4500-5500 meters.In the application,it shows the good fluidity,innibity,anti-sticking effect,stability in high temperature and good shear thinning behavior,filter wall building property,collapse-proof,anti-contamination of salt.The drilling fluid density is high up to 1.96g/cm3,penetration rate is increased by 18%.
