长庆石油勘探局在安塞油田塞平一井分段试油压裂工艺技术研究中,自行设计研制了水平井自定位定向射初装置,进行了裂缝数目和工艺参数优选,并研制了液体胶塞技术,成功地实现了井筒隔离,保证了该井分4段射孔、试油压裂施工的顺利进行,取得了明显的增产效果。此项技术研究和实践的成功,填补了我国水平井分段试油压裂工艺技术的空白,为特低渗透油层水平井的开发提供了宝贵的经验。
In study of staged testing and fracturing technology of Saiping-1 well in Changqing Oilfield,the self-locating and oriented perforating units are designed,the fracture number and technological parameters are selected optimally,the liquid plug technique is developed,and the wellbore isolation is realized successfully.Applying the said technologies,4 stages perforating,testing and fracturing are successfully operated,and obvious results of increase in production are obtained.It provides valuable experience for the horizontal well development of very low permeability reservoir.
