高效含油污水净化新工艺

系统论述了含油污水高效处理工艺的作用机理、安装工艺、操作规程、净水效果。其核心装置"DL-100/0.6型多功能过滤器"根据涡旋混凝和微涡旋原理,将涡旋混凝分离、徽涡旋除污、波纹板除油、重力沉降分离除渣、核桃壳粒过滤净化、机械充装滤料、反冲洗再生和排污集于一体,实现了一体代多级,具有五项功能四大作用,为油田含油污水的净化处理提出了新的设计思路和投资建设捷径。

This paper gives an systematic introduction on the mechanism,mounting technology,operation rules and purification effectiveness of high effective oily sewage treatment technology,whose key equipment is DL-100/0.6 type multifunction filter.Combining the vortex separation,microvortex filth removal,corrugated plate oil removal,gravitational settling separation,walnut shell filting and purifying,mechanical packing filter material,reuse and filth removal by reverse washing together,the new filter realities one filter with many functions and has 5 functions as well as 4 effects.
