DELAYED-SET SLURRY SYSTEM USED IN REPAIRING WELL OF CASING DAMAGED

在套管损坏井中,有的能在原套管(或已取出一部分)内下入新套管重新封固。若按照常规下套管后再注水泥,由于环形间隙小,施工难度大,难以保证固井质量。若将水泥浆先注入井中,再将下端封闭的套管下入井内,把水泥浆挤入环形空间,就能保证环空有饱满的水泥浆。该技术除选好井外,关键是调配水泥浆性能和估算封固高度。经长庆油田几口井的施工,封团高度400~600m,施工顺利,封固质量优良。
In damaged casings well, running in new casings in old cased hole (or removedcasing’s hole)is one of methods to repeir damaged casing well. It is difficult to guarantee the cementing quantity when using conventional cementing because narrow annulus between casings. The slurries are injected into well before running in casings with closed bottom end and then running casing make the slurry be squeezed into annulus to improve cementing bonding in small annulus. The key of operating mentioned above are adjusting slurry properties and estimating length of cementing. In Changqing oil field, several wells, in which 400~600 meters bonding length, had been operated.
