钻井岩石力学特性预测及应用系统是利用测井资料预测岩石的牙轮钻头可钻性、PDC钻头可钻性、塑性系数、抗剪强度和硬度等力学特性,建立单井的钻井岩石力学特性剖面,用灰色聚类分析方法将岩石力学特性参数根据聚类权重有机的结合起来,选择出适用的合理的钻头类型。该系统具有数据管理、钻井岩石力学特性预测、钻井岩石力学特性聚类分析、分层钻头选型、随钻钻头选型、钻井岩石力学特性剖面制作等功能。该系统是一个具有独创性的计算机软件系统。应用该系统,具有经济性、可靠性、科学性、先进性及实用性。因此,具有极高的推广应用价值。
An application system software have been developed to illustrate rock mechanics characters and select bit using log data. This system can explain rock drillability, hardness,shear strength and plastical factor,combining these characters to evaluate and clas-sificate rock strength comprehensively using gray clustering procedure and establish rock strength profile to select bit. The data can be maneged and the profile can be plotted by the system. Through field application,it have been proven to have economical,reliabal and practicable.
