固井时,由于水泥浆和钻井液间存在密度差,使套管内和环空中液柱发生U形管效应。现有的解决方法难以克服,成功率都很低。为此,本文专门研制了固井过程中U形管效应控制器,并介绍其工作原理、地面试验及现场应用情况。该控制器结构简单、安全可靠、不影响正常的固井施工。经4口井的现场应用证明,它有效地控制了U形管效应,取得了良好效果。
Because of the difference of density of mud and slurry in inner case and annu-las,that make U-tube effect occurs during cementing which was pay more attentions to cementing engineer for long time. This paper introduce a developed controller of U-tube effect and the work princeple, surface test and applications on site. This controller’s structure are simple, safty, reliable and don’t effect cementing operation. It showed that U-tube effects are decreased with controller through 4 wells application.
