摘要

通过对API73.0×5.51mmEUN80圆螺纹油管接头螺纹参数进行检测,分析了API螺纹中J值与螺纹各项参数及上扣扭矩的关系。认为在最佳上扣扭矩条件下,J值大小随螺纹参数变化而改变,用控制J值来控制螺纹的上紧程度是不能保证螺纹连接处于最佳状态的。用户以J值判定油、套管螺纹连接松紧程度是否合格是不科学的。

Abstract

The relation of J-value to other parameters and torque wrench moment of API round threaded connection is analysed based on the detection to thread parameters of \API73.0×5.51mm EUN80 tubing connection. The conclusion that J-value changes with the change of thread parameters in optimum torque wrench moment. Controlling slack level of threaded connection by controlling J-value cannot ensure threaded connection is in optimum state. Therefore, it is unscientific that for user to judge slack level of threaded connection of tubing or casing by J-value.
