连续油管装置及配套工具在油田的应用

连续油管装置具有独特的设计和结构,在不起下油管的情况下,可以完成多种井下常规作业和特种作业。并且作业时不需立放井架,不需上卸管扣。具有操作安全可靠,经济效益高的特点。本文着重介绍连续油管装置在油田的使用工艺,如:洗井、挤水泥、气举、斜井和水平井的测试以及各种封隔器、内切割和扩眼钻等技术。同时,简单介绍了所需的配套工具,如连接器、断脱器、钢丝型工具、丢手等,对今后油田推广应用连续油管装置提出了建议。

The coiled tubing unit, which has unique structural design, can be used to many downhole conventional or special operations, in which there is no need to make up and break out tubing thread. Therefore, it has the advantages of safe and reliable operation and good economic benefits. This paper emphatically introduces applications of coiled tubing unit in production technologies such as washover, cement squeeze, gas lift, testing of deflecting well and horizontal well,as well as packer job, internal cutting and reaming. Furthermore, it gives an simple introduction to the necessary tools such as couple, on-off connector, wireline tool and releasing tool, and presents some suggestions for the application and popularization of coiled tubing unit in oil field.
