IMPROVING DRILLING TECHNOLOGY TO SERVE EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT BETTER

本文回顾了我国十年来钻井技术的发展成就,对钻井基础理论研究和技术基础工作,对优选参数钻井技术、定向井丛式井水平进技术、调整井钻井技术、近平衡压力钻井与井控技术、保护油气层技术、深井配套技术等成熟的钻井技术现状进行了剖析。钻井技术的进步,使钻井速度明显加快,钻井质量稳步提高,钻井成本得到了控制,满足了勘探开发的要求。同时,对"九五"期间钻井技术的发展方向提出了建议,对研究、消化吸收国外90年代成熟的钻井新技术和前沿技术,缩短同国外的差距阐述了对策。最后,对钻井科技人才的培养选拔提出了初步构想。
This paper reviewed the developing achivements of drilling technology in the past 10 years,and analyzed the present situations of 10 types drilling technology,such as the optimum drilling technique, directional, cluster and horizontal well techniques, hydrocarbon reservoir protection techniques and corollary technique of deep well. The progress of drilling technology accelerated the penetration rate, improved steadily the drilling quality, reduced the drilling costs and met the requirements 0f exploration and production. It was also recom-mended the developing trend of drilling technology during the "Ninth-Five-Year-Plan",and the way 0f absorbing foreign new drilling technology of 1990s and shortening the distance between our country and other advancded countries. Finally, the paper recommended the tentative ideas of trainning and selecting scientist technician.
