楚29井气侵溢流的分析与处理

在有关处理气侵溢流的文献中,多是从井内形成气柱,经过关井求压和压井计算,然后从进行压井的角度来论述的。但在一些长裸眼段深井的钻井实践中,常常会遇到均匀气侵溢流。而由于未下技术套管或技术套管下得太浅、裸眼段地层承压太低、井口防喷装置损坏等原因,造成气侵和井漏用时存在,且不能关井求压和节流压井等复杂情况。本文根据楚29井气侵溢流的实际处理过程,对上述问题进行了分析研究,提出了处理该类问题的具体措施和办法。

In lots treating gas overflow, which caused by gas column invading borehole,the well control is based on calculating bottom hole pressure through shutting well. But in deep well drilling practices of long open hole,the homogeneous gns generally invades borehole. Because open hole section can’t support high pressure or well control equipment damage because not running intermediate casing strings or intermediate casing strings running too shalow, that made gas invading and lost circulation append concurrently and cannot shut well to determine pore pressure and control well with choke. This paper describes the treating process of gas overflow in Chu 29 well and analysised the problems discussed above,pressenting the measurement and technique to control gas overflow.
