套管段铣定向侧钻技术在潜山油藏的应用

APPLICATION OF SIDETRACKING USING CASING SECTION MILL IN BURIED HILL RESERVOIR

任丘油田经长期开发,底水沿大裂缝推进并形成水锥,使产量下降、含水上升。为探明死油区和提高采收率,用美国ICT公司的K型套管段铣工具段铣定向侧钻。本文介绍了工具的结构原理,确定段铣井段的原则、段铣切割位置和套管切割、磨铣情况,着重介绍了段铣套管的工艺技术,分析了每个施工环节可能出现的问题及解决办法,为套管段铣侧钻提供了一定的经验。
Due to long period of development in Renglu oilfield,the bottom water moved along with large fractures and coming occured which made the production decrease and water content increase. To enance oil recovery, the directional sidetracking was adopted using K type section mill tool made in ICT compony of U S A. This paper introduced the structure of tool,selection of casing section and peition to be milled and milling condition and focused on the casing section mill techoology and anaiyzed the problems will be meet during operation.
