低摩阻岩心筒的研究与应用

摘要
常规内岩心筒的内表面未经任何加工,比较粗糙;内筒组合各部件连接使进心管路成多级台阶,所以在松软地层取心极易堵心。胜利油田钻井工艺研究院研制成功的低摩阻岩心筒,内筒内表面有一层低摩擦系数的环氧树脂涂层,特点是随载荷增加,摩擦系数减小;岩心爪采用隐蔽式结构,进心管路采用内平式连接,有利于岩心顺利进筒。推广后,仅据埕岛、樊家等油田10口井的统计,累计取心进尺815.90m,心长789.94m,岩心收获率96.82%,平均单简进尺10.07m。单筒进尺指标比油田同期平均4.61m提高1倍以上,实现了单筒进尺翻番的目标。
Abstract
The conventional core inner barrel which unprocessed have crude face and there are mulsteps in the core passage of barrel because the connections of compound ports of inner core barrel that made the core difficult entering barrel in soft formation coring. The low frictinal core barrel has been developed in which inner face has a lay epoxy resin coating with low frictinai factor by Shengli drilling research institute. The frictinal factor decrease with increasing of load and the hiding structure of core spring barrel with internal flush connections of core passage is adopted. Tnrough ten wells applications,total coring footage is 815.9 meters,avarege core footage per barrel is 789.94 meters and the recovery is 96.82% geater than conventinal tool by 4.16 meters per barrel in footage.
