抽油机井泵效理论计算的实际应用

为了检验抽油机井泵效计算的理论研究结果,三年来对大庆油田的部分生产井进行了现场测试,录取了几万个数据资料,并运用抽油机井系数计算的理论,计算出了抽油泵的(总)效率和井下的各种功率损失。根据计算和分析结果,对其中的部分生产井实施了改造,从而在实际生产中对理论研究结果进行了检验。通过现场实际验证结果表明:抽油机井泵效计算[1]的理论研究结果是正确的;依据该理论所进行的井下能耗的计算是符合实际的;根据理论分析和计算结果所提出的对抽油机井的改造措施是有效的。
In order to verify the computation method of pump efficiency, we record tons thousand data in some production wells in Daqing oilfield in recent three years,and then calculate the efficiency of pump and its down hole losses using the said method. Based on calculation and anaiysis results, we adjust the working systems of some production wells, and then verify the achievements in theoretical research. The field test results show that the pump efficiency computation method is correct, the downhole losses calculated by the theoretic model accord with reality, and the measures adopted in pumping wells are effective.
