用有限差分法分析底部钻具组合的静力

ANALYSESING STATIC FORCE ACTING ON BHA USING FINITE DIFFERENTIAL METHOD

本文采用有限差分法对底部钻具组合三维静力问题进行了分析研究。通过中心差分,建立有关的差分方程,并编写了相应的计算机处理程序。在此基础上,通过算例分析,阐明了钻压、井斜角、井眼曲率及稳定器间隙对钻头侧向力的影响规律。
3D static behavior of BHA has been analyzed with finite difference method in this paper. The differential equation of static force acting on BHA and the computer program to deal with subject mentioned above have been developed. The factors,such as WOB,deviation angle,hole curvature and clearance between stabilizer and wellbore,effecting bit side force have been discussed.
