本文重新探讨了双层组合套管载荷和力学模型问题。指出了当前研究双层组合套管载荷的不足之处,并提出双层组合套管和地层完全接触和对称挤压工况下的两个力学模型,进行了求解,和对求解结果进行了分析,得出一些重要结论。然后对双层组合套管的效益进行了讨论,提出了与双层组合套管等效的单层厚壁管及双层组合套管效益系数的概念、得出了只有在采用薄壁或中厚壁组成双层组合套管时,水泥环对组合管才有明显的效益的结论。这一结论在双层组合套管的研究上更进了一步。
This paper discusses the stresses acting on double casing and the mechanics model. Two mechanics models of double casings, which contacted with formation completely and acted by symmetry collapsing stress,have been presented. The important results have been gotten by analyzing the solutions and the effects using double casing have been discussed. The concepts about effects factors of double casing and thick wall casing have been presented, which have shown that slurry rings have great effect on casing only using double casing with thin or middle thick wall.
