对油井产出水回注造成地层损害的模拟

SIMULATION OF FORMATION DAMAGE CAUSED BY INJECTION OF WATER PRODUCED FROM OIL WELL

油井产出水是油、气田生产中、后期的一项副产品。把油井产出水回注地层是石油工业防止油井产出水在排放地面时污染环境并充分利用这一水资源的一条有效途径。但在回注油井产出水时,防止地层损害是必需的。本文通过大量的岩心流动实验,在调查了油井产出水所含固相颗粒和油珠对渗透率的影响并分析了固相颗粒和油珠的浓度、尺寸及尺寸分布、流速等参数与渗透率损害之间的关系后,建立了经验数学模型。通过模拟实验中揭示的渗透率变化的规律,深入的分析油井产出水回注时造成地层损害的机理,这为综合治理和利用油井产出水提供了科学依据。
Water produced from oil well is a by-product of middle/later peried oilfield development.Reinjecting the produced water into formation is a effective way to prevent environment polution and to make full use of this resources. However,it is essential to prevent formation damage in the reinjection of produced water. Based on a vast amount of flow experiments of core,this poper analyses the effects of solid and oil droplet in water from oil well on permeability, deter mines the relations between solid,content and size and distribution of oil droplet, flow rate and permeability damage,and then establishs the relevant mathematical models. Furthermore, according to the variation law of permeability from simulation tests,this paper makes a thorough analysis to the mechanism of formation damage in the reinjection of water from oil well,provides scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of water from oil well.
