压裂裂缝垂向延伸的人工控制技术

本文较为详细地分析了垂直裂缝高度人工控制技术机理,在此基础上提出在压裂裂缝形成初期,填加低密度上浮剂或高密度下沉刻,从而增大裂缝垂向末梢的阻抗值和假滑动效应,形成人工遮挡层,限制裂缝垂向上的过度延伸,防止压穿上下水层,提高压裂液效率、裂缝效率及压裂的有效性,降低压裂成本,增加油井产量。通过实例计算分析,说明本文所用方法在垂向裂缝的人工控制上是可行的。
On the basis of analysis on the mechanism of artificial control of height of vertical ftacture,this paper presents a method to control artificially height of vertical fracture. By affixing suspending agent of low density solid and settling agent of high density solid when the fracture appers,we may increase the impendance and pseudoslide effect of vertical fracture end,produce man-made barrier layer,set a limit to extension of vertical fracture,prevent upper and lower water-layer from being penetrated,increase efficiency of fracturing fluid and fracture and effectiveness of hydaulic fractuing,lower cost of fracturing,and increase oil production. cacululations and analyses of practical examples show that the artificial control of vertical fracture is feasible by applying the method recommended in this poper.
