摘要
对转盘与螺杆钻具联合作业进行了运动学分析,给出了钻头在不同条件下的绝对速度和加速度,以及给实际钻井工作带来的影响;给出了转盘与螺杆钻具联合作业时新井眼直径的理论值。本文首次提出了井下钻具自转与反向公转的K-H-V运动模型,据此论证了转盘与单弯螺杆联合作业时,弯接头上将产生反向卸扣力矩及其所带来的危害。所得出的转盘与螺杆联合钻进作业时的有关结论,将有利于现场技术人员指导水平井和丛式井的钻井工作。
Abstract
The kinematic analysis of PDM(positive displacement motor) with bent sub under rotary mode driven by rotary table has been done.The absolute velocity and accelerate and its effects to drilling operation are given.The theoretical wellbore diameters under rotary working mode using rotary table is abtain.This paper first presented K-H-V kinematic mode about self rotary and anti-clockwise revolution of PDM,according to this theory,it’s shown that the break out torque which would bring risk during drilling will be produced on the bend sub in rotary mode.The conclusions about the PDM under rotary mode will be useful to guide the horizontal and multiple well drilling operations.
