THE FUNCTION EFFECT OF HYDROCHLORIC ACID DURING ACIDIZATION OF SANDSTONE FORMATION USING MUD ACID

用盐酸和氢氟酸的混合液——土酸酸化砂岩油气储层是使用时间最早,目前仍普遍采用的增产工艺技术。大量研究表明,砂岩土酸酸化效果,不仅取决于土酸中氢氟酸的作用,而且还与其中的盐酸作用密切相关。长期以来,人们对前者的研究比较深入,但对后者的认识却不够全面,为此,本文就砂岩酸化用土酸中盐酸的作用效应的4个主要方面进行分析论述:氢氟酸主要作用型体的分布;酸岩反应的化学计量系数;氢氟酸自身的酸蚀能力;酸化二次沉淀的产生。
Acidization of sandstone formation is generally performed using acid(mixture of HCl with HF).Many reasearch results show that the effectiveness of acidization not only depend on the HF in mud acid,but also on the HCl.So far the function mechanisms of hydrofluoric acid(HF) have been elaborated,but that of hydrochloric acid(HCl) hardly yet.For this reason,the four aspects influencing on the results of HCl in mud acid during sandstone stimulation are discussed in this paper:(1) the distribution of the attacking species of aqueous hydrofluoric acid;(2) the stoichiometric coefficient of the reaction of acid with rock;(3) the etchling ability of hydrofluoric acid;(4) the re-precipitation of reaction products.
