在调研分析国内外堵水调剖的经验教训的基础上,按照系统工程认真地组织了这个研究试验项目。首先,从油藏描述搞清沉积相和剩余油分布入手,经过油藏数值模拟、历史拟合、注示踪剂等技术的应用,加深了对油藏分层静动态的认识,经过系统室内试验,研究筛选出廉价的粘土颗粒堵剂,建立了优化设计方法,得出最佳方案,确定了适应大剂量封堵大孔道的多段塞双液法施工程序,因地制宜地配套了立式电泵堵水工艺,进行了科学的效果综合评价,形成了封堵大孔道控水稳油的配套技术。该技术研究了粘土的各项性能,封堵机理,与其配套的技术结合起来,经现场34
On the basis of investigation and analysis of profile correction at home and abroad,this scientific research project is performed in the light of system engineering.To start with,we have a clear understanding of sedimentary facies and remaining oil distribution by reservoir description.Applying the techniques such as reservoir numerical simulation,history match and injection of tracer,the static and dynamic performances of formation are deepened.According to the systematic indoor experiments,a kind of cheap clay grain water plugging agent is obtained,the relevant optimum design method is established,the multi-slug double-fluid operation procedure suited for large dosage plugging macrofracture is determined,the water control technology using vertical electric pump is developed under the local conditions,the plugging results are evaluated scientifically and synthetically,and then a complete set of techniques for plugging macrofracture are took shape.The performance indices of clay and plugging mechanism are studied in the complete techniques.In the field applications of 341 wells,the obvious results are obtained with oil increment of 360 thousands tons.It provides a new way for improvememt of development results of high permeability oilfields.This paper introduces mainly the water control and stable oil production technology through plugging macrofracture in the 3th layer of S2 of 2th district in Shengtuo oilfield.
