长冲程抽油机应用效果分析

对于有杆泵长冲程抽油工艺中的节能、泵效及系统效率等衡量抽油井生产状况的指标,已经有较系统的分析研究,但这些指标并不能全面反映长冲程抽油的效果。本文对长冲程抽油机的抽油效果进行了系统分析和探讨,论述了长冲程抽油机与常规抽油机比较有四个特点:一是可提高容积系数,具体体现是降低抽油杆和油管的弹性变形,减少冲程损失;提高充满系数;降低漏失量,提高抽油效率。二是改善井下工作状况,减少故障,延长免修期。三是抽油机运转性能得到改善,延长使用寿命。四是降低能耗,提高系统效率。因此,长冲程抽油机具有广阔的发展前景。

The indexes to judge production status of long stroke sucker rod pumping well such as energy conservation,pump efficiency and system efficiency etc.have been analysed and studied by other authors,but those indexes cannot represent all-sidely the effectiveness of long stroke pumping unit.Based on the systematical analysis and discussion on the pumping effectiveness of pumping unit,this paper expounds the four special features of long stroke pumping unit compared with.conventional unit:(1) it may lower the elastic deformation of sucker rod and tubing,reduce the stroke loss,increase the coefficient of fillness,decrease the leakage,and then enhance the pumping efficiency;(2) it may improve the working conditions of downhole pump,decrease the fault,extend the free of maintenance period;(3) it may improve the working performance of pumping unit,prolong the operating life;(4) it may reduce the energy consumption,increase the system efficiency.Therefore,long stroke pumping unit has a wide developing prospect.
