THE ACTION MECHANISM AND APPLICATION EFFECT OF SLANT NOZZLE

斜喷嘴是继中长、加长和中心喷嘴之后的又一种高效喷嘴。它能产生速度更高及有效作用面积更大的漫流,有效地解除井底岩屑垫层和钻头泥包,显著提高机械钻这和单只钻头进尺。本文研究了斜喷嘴射流清洗作用的机理,介绍了斜喷嘴结构和性能,通过中原、吐哈、江苏等9个油田的广泛使用,结果证明,斜喷嘴钻头平均机械钻速提高12%~37%,单只钻头进尺可提高10%~24%,效益十分明显。这一成果填补了国内空白。
The slant nozzle is one of the high efficiency nozzles,in addition to extended,medium extended and center nozzles,which can produce higher hydraulic jeting power and cross flow with more effect action area on bottom of hole to remove cuttings bed and prevent from bit baling up,so that can improve drilling penetration and increase the footage per bit.In this article,it is presented the mechanism,structure available and characters about slant nozzle.on the basis of application of slant nozzle in nine oilfields,such as Zhongyuan,Tuha and Jiangshu oilfilds,it have been shown the penetration rate increasing by 12-17 percent,the footage per bit increasing 10-24 percent after using the slant nozzle,with considerabale benefit.
