用灰色关联分析评价和优选钻头

TO EVALUATE AND TO SELECT BITS BY GRAY ASSOCIATION ANALYSIS METHOD

通过对目前现场评选钻头方法对比分析,本文提出了灰色关联分析法评选钻头,这种方法不仅可用于职能部门宏观评价钻头的使用情况,而且可用在某构造上或某口井的钻头设计造型上,对钻头评价的参数指标可随意增多或减少。对川中矿区某些构造上的实钻资料分析表明,该方法具有实际应用价值,有助于钻头评选的科学性,降低钻井综合成本。

This article presented a grey association analysis method to evaluate and select bits,through comparing and analyses methods of select bits in current.The method mentioned above can be not only appreciated for attentions of deportment to macro analysis the bit used,but can be a guiding of selecting bits in some structure or well,and the number of evaluating factors associated with bit use can be changed freely in the model.Through the analysis of drilling information in Chuan Zhong oil field,the method is of the application,prospects,helpful for bits selection and decreasing drilling cost.
