利用泵功图进行冲程定量分析的方法

A METHOD FOR QUANTITATIVELY ANALYSING OF THE STROKE USING PUMP CARD

本文以井下泵功图为基础,给出游动阀、固定阀开启点和关闭点的确定方法。定量计算出油管造成的冲程损失和游动阀漏失、固定阀漏失、气体影响、供液不足、柱塞脱出等因素造成的无效冲程。经华北油田五个采油厂283井次的现场实际资料验证,误差均在15%以内。

This paper presents a method for determining the opening points and shutting-down points of travelling valve and standing valve on the basis of downhole pump card,and quantitatively calculating the stroke loss caused by leakage of travelling valve,leakage of standing valve,gas effect,liquid supply deficiency,dropout of plunger etc..The field data of 283 wells from 5 production departments of Huabei oilfield indicate that the average error is within 15%.
