摘要
水力活塞泵是一种依靠液体压力传递能量的抽油系统。多年来对井下泵工况仍停留在人工观察压力表的压力变化而凭借经验进行诊断的水平上。由于各人经验的相互差异,增大了分析、诊断结果的误差,导致盲目起换泵工作量的增加而影响产油量。本文在阐述了水力活塞泵运动规律的基础上,采用便携式计算机,在地面采集和记录水力活塞泵生产井井口动力液压力和流量随时间的变化规律,对比典型工况模版,确定井下泵工作状况,从而提高了水力活塞泵生产井的管理水平。
Abstract
Hydraulic piston pump supplies energy for the lift of downhole liquid by the hydraulic pressure.For many years,the working conditions of downhole pump is experientially diagnosed by analysing the wellhead pressure variation,which lead to a larger error in diagnosis results,and then influences the oil production.Based on the motion law of hydraulic piston pump,this paper introduces a new method for the diagnosis of working conditions,which determines the working conditions of downhole pump by comparing the variation law of wellhead pressure and flowrate of power fluid with them,which is gathered and recorded by a portable computer,with the plots of typical working conditions.The oilfield management level has been improved by applying this method.
