A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY ON THE EXPLOSIVE WORKOVER TECHNOLOGY

本文介绍了一种新的爆炸修井工艺,对爆炸打通道工艺原理、爆炸整形及爆炸扩径的有关理论进行了分析,通过对油水井套管爆炸扩径中经常发生的几个现象进行计算机模拟计算,提出了爆炸中的药性选择、布药和引爆方式是套管爆炸扩径成败的关键。通过几年来的地面及现场试验,给出了爆炸扩径需药量的计算公式。本文还介绍了与爆炸修井相配套的不密封加固器和密封加固器两种加固工具及其完井技术。
This paper introduces a new kind of explosive workover technology,analyses the theory about the explosion reaming and shaping.According to the computer simulation to the some phenomena in the explosion reaming of well casing,the key problems in the said technology such as the selection of blasting agent,explosives distribution and firing method are presented.Based on the laboratory and field tests in recent years,the formula to compute the explosives consumption is advanced.In addition,the assorted sealing and unsealing reinforcing tool and the completion technique are introduced in this paper.
