STUDY AND APPLICATION OF THE SAND CONTROL TECHNOLOGY USING STAINLESS STEEL COTTON

针对河南油田稠油热系中油井出砂严重,常规绕丝筛管防不住细粉砂,致使油井频繁清砂作业的实际问题,经过三年多的研究,研制成功了用于防细粉砂的不锈钢棉防砂器。与加拿大用于稠油开采的SWC过滤器相比,具有密集度高,过滤体簿,原材料用量少,渗透率和导流能力好的特点。通过大量的室内静态和动态模拟试验,对不锈钢棉防砂机理作了深入的研究和探讨,提出了不锈钢棉防砂的有关技术理论,这一理论在室内和现场试验中得到了证实,现场应用取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
The sand is produced seriously in the heavy oil thermal recovery well in Henan oilfield.The conventional wire-wrapped screen cannot control the fine silt,and then the sand-removal is frequently operated in this oilfield.In view of the above,the stainless steel cotton sand control equipment used to control the fine silt is developed as a result of study for more than three years.Compared with the SWC filter made in Canada,it has the advantages such as the higher closeness,thinner filter framework,less raw material and higher permeability and conductivity.Based on a large number of indoor static and dynamic simulation tests,the mechanism of sand control using stainless steel cotton is thoroughly studied and discussed,and then the theory about this technique is presented in this paper.This theory is verified in laboratory and field tests,and the remarkable economic and social benefits are obtained in the field applications.
