调整井套管保护措施及效果

近年来,大庆油田油水井相继出现了多个套管损坏成片区。在成片套管损坏区,由于套管错断,注水井被迫停注,造成注采系统不完善,开发效果变差,油田稳产受到威胁,因而,成片套管损坏区补充更新调整井已势在必行。但在地下岩层大面积蠕变的套管损坏区内能否打井,新钻井能否维持较长一段开采时间而不至于短期内发生套管损坏,则是矿场生产中一个十分重要的问题。本文对萨北套管损坏区更新试验井三年多的套管保护措施进行了综合分析,为成片套管损坏区今后更新调整井套管保护提供了实践经验。

Many wellblocks whose casing are damaged are found in Daqing oilfield in recent years.In these wellblocks,because of the large number of casing deformations,water-injection wells have to be shut off,which leads to the injection-production system is imperfect,the development result is poor,and the stable production is difficult.For this reason,to adjust the injection-production pattern of the casing defromation wellblock is imperative.However,whether the well can be drilled in these wellblocks and whether the newly drilled wells keep normal production for a long time are important problems in oilfield development.This paper analyses comprehensively the casing protection measures for more than three years of adjusting wells in casing deformation wellblocks in the north of Saertu,provides a practical experience for the casing proctection of adjusting wells in casing deformation wellblocks.
