高滤失堵剂的堵漏工艺

Z-DTR高滤失堵剂是钻井工程中的一种新型堵漏剂,它是由硅藻土、软质纤维及助滤剂三部分组成。本文阐述了该堵剂的基本特性,介绍了现场应用该堵剂的特性,进行随钻堵漏和盲堵的工艺技术。应用结果表明,采用这一工艺技术后,可节约堵漏时间及降低堵漏成本。

The Z-DTR high water loss plugging agent is a new type plugging agent for use in drilling.It consists of diatomaceous earth,soft fiber and filter aid.This paper descried the basic property of the plugging agent and introduces the technology with the Z-DTR property while drilling plugging and blind plugging in field.The field.The results show that the technology can reduce the plugging time and cost.
