国外第二代水平钻井系统介绍

第二代高压水力喷射钻井系统业已开发完成。它可在同一深度上不需起出造斜器就可以钻出多个侧向井眼,并提供三维测井和井眼轨迹的打印资料。利用一种新型水力尾部推动驱动系统,增加静压拉力,加强控制能力。与其配套的砾石充填、现场电解波射孔及柔性割缝衬管等工艺正处在开发、完善阶段,试投产后已初见成效。

It has developed the second era horizontal drilling system is using the high-pressure jets method.By the way,multi side tracking well holes can be drilled at the same depth,and do not need to trip the whipstock out.The system said above can provide the 3-D logging without and output information of the well path.The tension in the static pressure and the control ability can be increased using a new drive system forced by a hydraulic power at the end.With this system,some technologies such as the gravelpacked completion,the field electrolysis perforations and the flexible slotted liner etc.are being developed and perfected.Initial results have been got after producing.
