对注水井油管防腐机理的分析与探讨

ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION ON THE ANTICORROSION MECHANISM OF TUBING IN INJECTION WELL

针对红岗油田南部注清水、北部注污水的现场实际,通过大量注水井油管现场腐蚀情况的调查,从注水井油管防腐机理进行了分析和探讨。认为注清水的井下管柱腐蚀主要是溶解氧起作用,导致油管外壁的全面均匀腐蚀。注污水的井下管柱除溶解氧造成均匀腐蚀外,还因CO2、H2S及硫酸盐还原菌的作用,导致油管外壁全面腐蚀及严重的点腐蚀。文中相应地提出了切实可行的技术措施,从而为解决注水井腐蚀打下一个重要的基础。
Based on the vast amount of field investigation of tubing corrosion in injection wells the anticorrosion mechanism is analyzed and discussed in light of the actual situation in Honggang oilfield,in which clean water is injected in southern part and sewage injected in north.The main fator to causo the corrosion of downghole tubing in clean water injection wellsis the dissoyed oxygen,which leads to the Well-distributed corrosion in the outer surface of tubing.Carbon dioxide,hydrogen sulfide and sulfate reducing bacteria result in the even corrosion and the serious pitting corrosion in the tubing exterion for the sewage injection wells besides the dissolved oxygen.This paper presents the revelant realistic technology measures,thus laying an important foundation for the solution of corrosion problem in injection well.
