小井眼钻井技术

小井眼是继水平井之后,在80年代后期开始兴起的又一热点技术。据国外小规模现场试验及预测,小井眼钻井费用较常规尺寸井眼可节省钻井费用30%~40%,经济效益十分可观。本文第一部分介绍了小井眼钻井技术重新兴起的背景、小开眼的定义、为什么能节省钻井费用、适用范围及发展前景。第二部分着重分析了小井眼钻井技术中需要研究解决的问题,以及国外目前解决的程度。最后提出了几点建议,认为该技术是一项系统工程,应尽早在国内开展攻关,并在适用地区进行试验及推广。
After the horizontal well,slim hole is another popular technology beginning in the late of 80’s.Based on small scale field tests and predition abroad,these slim holes to reduced drilling cost by 30%~40% compared to the conventional wells,Economic results are very considerable.The first part of this paper introduces that the backgroud of slim holes drilling technology appears again,the definition of a slim hole,why a slim hole can reduce drilling costs,its range of application and development prospect.The second part mainly analyse the problems needed to be studied and solved in slim hole drilling technology and solution level of them up-to-date abroad.In the final,several suggestions are presented presented that this technology is a system project which should be studied mainly and carried out tests and spread applications.
