摘要
在定向井和水平井中,钻柱的摩阻负荷分析是一个不容忽视的问题。本文把钻柱整体看成是一弹性梁,按钻柱与井壁的接触情况计算摩阻负荷,而没有采用以前的"软模型"。它能够考虑钻柱刚度、钻柱与井壁的间隙、下部钻具组合扶正器的安置等因素,从模型上进一步接近了钻柱的实际工作状况,提高了摩阻分析的准确性。并对一口水平井增斜段的钻柱上提和下放时的摩阻负荷进行了分析计算,能看出钻柱在上提和下放时的受力及变形状况,为钻柱的摩阻负荷分析提供了一种新的计算方法。
Abstract
In the directional wells and horizontal wells,frictional analysis is an issue that can not be ignored.In this paper,the whole drillstring is regarded as an elastic beam,previous"soft models" are not adopted and frictional load is computed according to contact conditions beween the drillstring and bore wall.Considering the stiffness of drillstrings,the gap between drillstring and well wall,the placement of BHA stabilizers and so on,the model is close to the field operation conditions of drillstrings and enhance the accuracy of friction prediction.During pick-up and slack-off of a drillstring in the build section of a horizontal well,frictional loads are computed.The force and deformation are obtained.A new method is developed for frictional analysis of the drillstrings.
