DRILLING TECHOLOGY OF HU-71 MULTIPLE TARGETS DIRECTIONAL WELL
摘要
中原油田胡63断块由于受长垣断层的影响,断面较陡,油层薄,一口直井难以兼顾所有的油层,为此钻了一口多目标定向井。胡71多目标定向井,完钻井深3543.54m,最大井斜角42°,最大水平位移1059.72m,是目前国内完成的目标最多的定向井。本文详细介绍了胡71井的井身轨迹控制技术,并对施工方案的设计、钻具受力分析、携岩清砂及防塌防卡等技术问题进行了初步探讨。
Abstract
Hu 63 fault block in Zhongyuan oilfield has the characteristics of more steeper fault plane and thin oil zone due to the effect of Changgeng fault.It is difficult to drill all of the oil zones with only one well,so one multiple targets directional well was drilled.Hu-71 is a four targets directional well and its finished depth is 3543.54 meters,the maximum inclination is 42 degrees,the maximum displacement is 1059.72 meters.That is a directional well which has the most targets up to now at home.This paper introduced the well path control technology in details and preliminary research is conducted including the design of operation program,BHA force analysis,cutting carring,sand cleaning,collapsing and sticking protection technology and so on.
