井筒瞬态温度场研究与应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF THE TRANSIENT WELLBORE TEMPERATURE FIELDS

本文应用有限元方法,以闭式热水循环采油方式及轴对称对流传导方程为计算模型,研究了不同工作参数下井筒温度场随时间的变化规律,分析了异常条件下如停产、停注、停止热水循环对井筒温度场的影响,提出了有关油井投产前暖井时间、油管凝堵时解凝时间的计算方程,并编制了计算机程序。该程序软件能满足时间步长疏密不同的要求,并考虑了地下介质及地温梯度的变化,可按要求绘制井筒温度场曲线。经3口井的实测温度场曲线拟合结果和张一块60多口井投产前暖井时间、解凝时间计算,证明计算模型是合理可靠的。目前,该项技术已在辽河油田广泛应用。
based on the axially symmetric heat conduction model in the closed-cycle process of hot-water,this paper studies the changing law of wellbore temperature fields with the time in the different working porameters applying the finite element method,analyses the influence on the wellbore temperature fields of abnormal conditions such as stop production,stop injection and stop cycle of hot-water,presents the computation formula of the warm up time before starting production,and of the removal time of condensated deposit in tubing,and develops the computer program.This program Can meet the need of changeable time step-length,and considers the effects of downhole fluids and underground temperature gradient.It can plot the curves of wellbore temperature fields.The fitting results with the measured temperature fields curves of 3 wells as well as the calculation of warm-up time and removal time of more than 60 wells in Zhang-1 Block indicate that the computation model is reasonable and reliable.So far this technology has been used extensively in Liaohe oilfield.
