摘要
On Sept.22,1984,i.e.on the eve of the 35th anniversary of the foundingof the Peoples Republic of China,a prolific hydrocarbon current was discoveredfrom the weathering zone of Paleozoic carbonate at depths of 5,363-5,391m inwell Shacan-2,which is located on Yakela structure of Tabei(North Tarim)uplift of Tarim Basin and is drilled by the drilling team 6008 of Xibei Bureauof Petroleum Geology,Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources.
