本文在初步研究了荥巩-新密煤田太原组牙形石特征后,建立了该区唯一的牙形石组合:。与华北标准剖面太原西山太原组的牙形石对比,本区太原组为晚石炭世中、晚期的沉积。
Abstract
The conodont assemblage()inTaiyuan Formation of Xinggong-Xinmi Coalfields is recognized for the first time in thispaper.As compared with the conodonts of the standard section in North China—theTaiyuan Formation in Xishan,Taiyuan,Shanxi Province,the Taiyuan Formation in thestudying area should belong to the middle to late stage of Late Carboniferous.
