摘要
储量经济评价系统是油藏描述软件系统中的一个模块(子系统),该模块总结归纳了现行财税制度下的基本评价参数,通过财务评价、国民经济评价及不确定因素分析,使油气勘探各阶段工作能够择优进行,避免勘探与开发建设的失误。该系统在雅克拉地区的储量评价结果与经济报告的结果基本一致。
Abstract
Reserve technological economic assessement system is a subsystem of oil reservoir description software system.This subsystem summarizes the basic assessment parameters under present finance and tax system in China.Through the assessment of finance,nationaleconomy and the analysis of uncertain factors,an optimum planning could be realized in every stage of oil and gas exploration process so as to avoid the faults in petroleum exploration and development.
