自升式平台可靠性分析法及海上模态测试验证

该文以“勘探二号”自升式平台为研究对象,研究一种快速准确地判断可靠性的方法,为平台停产维修决策提供依据。设计了加速度传感器振动测试系统,开展了现场测试和振动信号数据的采集与处理,获得了平台的固有自振频率与振型;结合平台仿真模型,通过模态分析验证模型准确性。测试结果与仿真模型计算结果非常接近,分析结果显示仿真模型较为准确。该文提出的自升式平台的可靠性的分析法,以及模态测试评估仿真模型准确性的方法,对自升式平台的结构安全性评估具有广泛的参考价值。

Jack-up platform "Kantan 2" is taken as the research object, it is studied to develop a fast and accurate approach for performing structural reliability analysis and providing evidence to make decision that the platforms need shutdown and maintenances. An acceleration sensor vibration monitoring system was designed, and on-site testing and the acquisition and process of vibration signal data were conducted for obtaining the structural natural frequencies and modes of the platform. Verification of the accuracy of platform simulation model was carried out through the comparisons of the monitoring and simulation model analysis results. It indicates that the simulation model is acceptably accurate since the results of the monitoring and simulation model calculation are close. Both the reliability analysis approach and the monitoring evaluation techniques of simulation model proposed in the paper are extensively valuable for assessment of jack-up safety.
