Abstract
In line with the specific conditions in Sichuan Province, the author has made a study on the reason why proper compensation couldn't be made by static correction in rough mountainous regions. After a prolonged study both in theory and practice, he found that this problem could be solved by the use of dynamic corrections. What the author has achieved is described in detail in this paper.
