气敏检测器及其在气测录井中的应用

石油勘探气测录井,是通过对石油钻井液——泥浆中所含的微量气体的测定,来判断地层内含油、气、水的情况,是一种直接找油找气的方法,在国内外已得到广泛的应用。 以往,气测录井常用的检测手段有催化燃烧检测法、氢火焰离子化检测法、热导检测法等。由于它们在灵敏度、仪器结构、操作使用等方面各存在一些缺点,因此,在不同程度上影响了现场录井的使用。近二年来,我们采用气敏半导体元件作为检测器,与有关单位协作,经过几个阶段的试验,制成了DS-1型气敏气测仪,在气测录井中收到了较为满意的效果。气敏半导体检测器具有结构简单、使用方便,灵敏度高的特点,很适合于野外现场使用,是一种性能良好的检测器。 本文将对气敏半导体检测器的检测原理、DS-1型气敏气测仪的结构、功能及其在现场气测录井中的应用作一简单介绍。

Well-gas detecting is one of the methods of direct detection of hydrocarbons widely used both at home and abroad, which measures the hydrocarbon saturation of the stratum by means of detecting various kinds of the trace gas in the mud laden fluid.There were several instruments that were commonly used in well-gas detecting, such as catalysis burning detecting, hydrogen flame ionization detecting,heat conduct detecting,etc. But all of them have their weakness and deficiency either in their sensitivity or in their structure or operation. For this reason, their application will certainly be restricted to a greater or lesser extent.In cooperation with the units concerned, the gas sensitive detector of Model DS-1 has been made with the gas sensitive semiconductor ele-men ts as the detector over the past two years. Good results have been achieved in well logging.The gas sensitive detector has a lot of merits,such as the simplicity in structure, the convenience in operation and the high sensitivity in detection.With all its merits, the gas sensitive detector has become a welcome good instrument with satisfactory performance.In this paper, the principle of detecting, the structure, the function and the application of Model DS-1 gas sensitive detector will be dealt with by the author.
