Abstract
In this paper, the author has made a brief analysis for the causes of the disappearance of the seismic events and the causes of the existance of low signal-to-noise. On the basis of this, a better mathematical formula about the performance of dynamical equilibrium on small digital computer has been put forward after comparing three different types of dynamical equilibrium models.
